Terms and Conditions

The following conditions apply to all users of the platform www.markus-mensch.de (hereafter “Portal”) and to the services offered on the Portal. The Portal is operated by Markus Mensch Marketing LLC, Building 11R-SH Commercial, Office no-11, Saih Shuaib 2 - DIC, PO Box - 12887, Dubai (hereafter “Provider”). Deviations from these Terms and Conditions shall only be considered agreed if expressly confirmed in writing by the Provider.
The Provider reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be informed in a timely manner of any changes to the applicable Terms and Conditions. Users will be notified of changes on the homepage and, if applicable, via e-mail. The changes shall be deemed accepted by the user if they do not object within one month after receiving the change notification or cancel any existing contract. In the event of the user’s objection, the Provider is entitled to terminate any existing contract in due time.
Special usage or business conditions for separate services (e.g., e-paper, online advertising, shop, etc.) take precedence over these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility to Participate / Registration Requirement

In principle, all users are entitled to access and participate.
In areas where users can publish their own content, a one-time registration is required by providing personal data (username, password, e-mail address, etc.) and by accepting these Terms and Conditions. The username and password may be chosen by the user. Each user is allowed to register only once. For every subsequent use, the user must log in with the username and password assigned during the initial registration. The authorization is valid only for the individual user and is not transferable. The user is obligated to keep their login credentials confidential. If a user becomes aware of any unauthorized use of their login, they must immediately inform the Provider and change their password immediately to prevent access by unauthorized persons. The Provider accepts no liability for damages resulting from the unauthorized or improper use of the user’s password-protected login.
In contests, any user who has a residence in Germany is eligible to participate. The Provider reserves the right in individual contests to further restrict the eligible group of participants (e.g., age restriction from 18 years). This will be indicated in separate contest terms. Employees of the Provider and their relatives are eligible to participate but not entitled to win. Each user may participate only once and must provide an individual e-mail address. It is not permitted for users to participate commercially on behalf of third parties in contests or to submit third-party data as contest entries, particularly through automatically generated, pre-filled contest forms. The Provider reserves the right to disqualify and exclude participants from the contest if they manipulate or attempt to manipulate the participation process, the system and/or the contest/pages, violate the contest terms or good manners, or otherwise attempt to influence the contest in an unfair and/or improper manner. Unless otherwise stated, the winners will be determined after the contest ends and listed by name on the winners’ page of the Portal. In addition, they will be notified via e-mail. The prize is non-transferable to third parties. Cash redemption of the prize and legal recourse are excluded. By participating, the user agrees that their full name, place of residence, and username may be published in all media of the Provider.
